Systemake Corp. operates systemake.com from Panama. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@systemake.com or addressed to Calle 50, Global Bank Building, 32nd floor, office 3203, Panama City, Panama.

Systemake considers Panama’s Law No. 81 of 2019 and its regulations when processing personal data. Other laws may also apply depending on the visitor’s location.

The website may process information that you provide, information generated during the interaction, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

• Questions and messages submitted to the AI advisor.
• Name, company, business email, optional telephone or WhatsApp, country, service interest, initiative description, preferred contact method, and consent submitted through the secure commercial request form.
• Conversation identifier, registration reference, language preference, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, or term when present.
• Technical request information used for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and rate limiting, which may include network address, browser or device information, timestamps, and request metadata.

Systemake uses information to answer questions, understand technology needs, register and manage commercial opportunities, provide requested follow-up, secure and operate the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve service quality, and comply with applicable obligations.

The commercial form requires an affirmative authorization before the information is sent for follow-up. Do not submit passwords, tokens, private keys, confidential credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Messages sent to the AI advisor are transmitted to the configured artificial-intelligence services to generate a response. The current architecture uses DigitalOcean infrastructure and Agent Platform, including the configured model provider and knowledge-retrieval services.

The Systemake application keeps the active conversation context temporarily in memory, normally for up to 30 minutes, to support follow-up questions. Infrastructure and AI providers may process or retain operational information under their own contractual terms and security practices.

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the advisor as the sole source for legal, financial, medical, security-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

When you submit the secure form, Systemake creates or updates a contact and commercial opportunity in HubSpot. The record may include the submitted fields, consent timestamp, language, campaign parameters, conversation reference, and a limited transcript relevant to the request.

This information is used so the commercial team can review the initiative and continue follow-up through the selected channel.

Systemake uses a secure language-preference cookie named systemake_lang, normally retained for up to one year, so the site can remember the selected language.

The browser session may store a conversation identifier, an idempotency key used to prevent duplicate commercial records, and the successful registration reference. Session storage is normally removed when the browser session ends, subject to browser behavior.

The current Systemake implementation does not use its own advertising cookies. Third-party services opened through links may apply their own policies.

Systemake uses service providers necessary to host, secure, operate, and support the website and commercial workflow. These currently include DigitalOcean for infrastructure and AI-related services and HubSpot for customer-relationship management.

Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country or Panama. Systemake evaluates these services and applies contractual, access-control, and security measures appropriate to the processing.

Conversation context maintained by the Systemake application is temporary, normally up to 30 minutes. Commercial records are kept for the period reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage the opportunity, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests.

Retention periods may vary by data category, business relationship, applicable law, and provider configuration. Information is deleted, anonymized, or restricted when it is no longer required, subject to lawful retention needs.

Systemake applies Security by Design, least privilege, encrypted transport, access controls, secure secret handling, input validation, rate limiting, monitoring, and controlled deployment practices appropriate to the website.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Visitors should avoid submitting secrets or sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested interaction.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation or deletion, opposition, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about the processing of your personal data.

Send a request to contact@systemake.com with enough information to identify the relevant record and the right you wish to exercise. Systemake may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal data. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.

The website and commercial services are intended for organizations and adult business users. Systemake does not knowingly seek personal data from children through this website.
